4. Official Business API Usage

You represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained explicit consent (opt-in) from all recipients before sending messages via the platform.
• You will not use the Service for spam, unsolicited messaging, or any prohibited content.
• You understand that the messaging platform provider may suspend your account for policy violations.

5. Fees and Payments

Subscription fees and API usage costs are as described in our pricing section. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

NotifyBlast and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NotifyBlast and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NotifyBlast be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
